Except as expressly authorized in advance by us, you agree not to copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform or create derivative works of the Site or any of the Materials, provided that, subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we do grant to you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable and non-sub licensable license to (a) access the Site and the Materials via the Internet solely for purposes of viewing such materials and (b) to print out pages of the Site for your personal, non-commercial use.

Trade names, trademarks and service marks of FBCS, Inc. include “ ” and any associated logos. All trade names, trademarks and service marks on the Site that are not owned by us or our affiliates are the property of their respective owners. The trade names, trademarks and service marks owned by FBCS, Inc. or its affiliates, whether registered or unregistered, may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not either ours or one of our affiliate’s product or service or in any other manner that is likely to cause confusion or dilution. You may choose to opt-in to our Email and/or our SMS messaging service at your own discretion and you may opt out at any time. We will communicate with you via Email/SMS for the purposes of Payment Reminders, Payment Receipts, or other Informational notices regarding your account.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Message frequency is dependent upon user and account activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

You can cancel these services at any time by Unsubscribing Here. To cancel SMS Messaging, you can also text “STOP” to +1 267-963-9336. We will respond with a single SMS message to confirm that you have unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

You will not be charged a copy fee for any document or communication.

Your Right to Withdraw Your Consent and Any Conditions, Consequences, or Fees Associated with You Withdrawing Your Consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent to have a document or communication made available to you in electronic form at any time.

There are currently no conditions, consequences or fees associated with you withdrawing your consent.

A Description of the Procedures You must Use to Withdraw Your Consent

Hardware and Software Requirements

In order to use electronic signatures and to receive and save any document or communication

electronically, you must have:

A computer, mobile device, or other electronic device with internet access and

  • A secure internet browser with 128 – bit encryption;
  • A program that reads and displays PDF files such as Adobe Acrobat Reader; and
  • An active email address.

To print and save your document or communication in electronic form using your computer, you will need:

  • A Printer (to print paper copies); and
  • A hard drive or other storage device (to download and save electronic copies).

To print and save your document or communication in electronic form using your mobile or electronic device, you will need:

  • A printer capable of printing the screen shots on your mobile or electronic device (to print paper copies); and
  • An electronic device capable of taking a screen shot that can be printed (to save electronic copies).

Changes to Hardware and /or Software Requirements

You will be notified of any changes to the hardware and/or software requirements that may create a material risk that you will not be able to receive, view, print or save a document or communication.
