FBCS uses a PC-based platform with Dell servers, operating a Microsoft Windows 2002 network. We use the Noble Systems, Inc. predictive dialer and DialConnect Platforms and Global Software Services Latitude online collection system for optimum productivity.
FBCS completed the implementation of Global Software Systems’ Latitude debt collection and recovery management system in early 2004. Latitude provides rich features and functionality, delivering optimum flexibility to effectively manage a wide range of services and scalability to handle growth. Latitude utilizes Microsoft’s robust database technology, Microsoft SQL Server, to manage data flow and provide comprehensive reporting. The Noble Systems dialer is integrated with the Latitude collection system to support seamless operations, data capture and reporting of all calling campaigns.
